Dharmakaya
Teaching the Skills of Awareness

United Trungram Buddhist Fellowship
To become aware of suffering is to find freedom from it.

Dharmakaya is an organization dedicated to teaching the skills of mental and spiritual awareness that are at the heart of Buddhist practice. The methods are those taught by Buddha over 2500 years ago and passed through the centuries in an unbroken lineage of Tibetan masters.

The teachings of Buddha provide a path to physical, psychological and spiritual health. This methodical approach shows everyone the skills to overcome suffering and achieve true happiness, right here, right now.
