On the 19th of September, 2006, Rinpoche met with students in the Seattle area and offered practical instructions on meditation in the Trungram Tradition. Weekly meetings consist of scripture studies, shamatha meditation and sadhana practice.

Meetings are open to the public and free of charge. Please contact us for updated schedules. A DVD of Rinpoche's teachings to his students in Seattle may be viewed before attending group meditation.
