Talk and Guided Meditation
Enlightened Attitudes are essential for the transformation of consciousness to its full extent -- the limitless power of Enlightenment Mind. The cultivation of these positive attitudes involves many factors, including how we see ourselves and others, and how we respond to and act in the world we experience within and around us.
As a swan dives joyously into a pond on which lotus flowers bloom from a muddy bottom, Enlightened Attitudes help us to engage happily in the world, enriching and sustaining us even in the most difficult times, and allowing us to be the cause of happiness for many others.
Rinpoche will look at the problems and challenges we face when we try to develop Enlightened Attitudes, with advice for facing those challenges and problems. The model path of the Bodhisattva, dedicated to selfless activity will be the focus for this talk.
